Employees
Uploads need Name, Grade, Salary and Rating columns; Department and Hire date are optional. Add Minimum, Midpoint and Maximum columns, or upload the Excel file from the salary structure builder to use its ranges. Ratings can be 1 to 5 (5 is highest) or your rating names. Data stays in your browser.
